TM8 was founded by Carlia Ashton after years spent working inside creative teams, agencies and marketing departments across the world.

What she kept seeing was the same story playing out everywhere. Talented teams doing brilliant strategic work but constantly buried under the production load behind it. Deadlines piling up. The wrong people on the wrong briefs. Good work being compromised not because of a lack of ideas or ability but simply because there was not enough time and not enough of the right people to get it all done properly.

She also saw what happened when teams tried to solve it. Expensive agencies for work that did not need that level of investment. Platforms full of freelancers that put the management burden straight back on already stretched teams. Or simply pushing through and hoping for the best.

None of it felt right. So she built the thing she always wished had existed. A trusted production partner that sits alongside creative teams, takes the brief and delivers, without adding complexity, cost or chaos to the operation.
